The faceted vegetable resin pen, in the color of the EEC flag, is softened by the larger rings in gold laminate engraved with the 12 stars to symbolize the European signatory countries, while two other thin rings are in white gold laminate and create a perfect chromatic harmony of metals together with the 18 Kt gold calligraphic nib with platinum mask.
True preciousness is the pure brilliant set in the star positioned at the foot of the clip, on the cap.
Piston filling system. Transparent packaging made of perspex.
The first 12 copies were donated to the Heads of State of the signatory countries of the agreement, by the Protocol Office of the EEC, precisely in consideration of the quality of the pen and its historical, intrinsic value.
