China, blue and white porcelain vase, Qing dynasty, probably 19th century. Kangxi style painting of two groups of ladies one playing the game go, the other around a calligraphy table. Marked with a double ring. With two brown glaze spots, one spot with small crack in glaze. Provenance: Estate Dr. Cornelis Henning, former professor at UVA University, Amsterdam . condition: some iron spots and a small area of lightly burnt glaze.
