Roman - Egyptian, lime stone grave figure, ca. 3rd - 4th century
The figure carved in high relief, wearing a chiton and a mantle, himaton held in the left hand. In the right hand an Egyptian flower wreath. With remnants of red pigment. Provenance, Behnasa, Egypte. Private Dutch collection, collected in the late 1960's.
