Mexico, two antique terracotta pots, probably Mayan one in the shape of an anthropomorphic figure and a pot with handle in the shape of an avian head.
The last is possibly used as a scribal paint vessel. Provenance, Galerie Gerdes Prakolumbische Kunst, Munchen, early 1980's and private collection Dr. Ludwig Jansen (1919-2020)
