18 k. gold ring and a pair of earrings. The ring centrally set with an oval yellow sapphire (approx. 7 x 6 mm) in an entourage of brilliant cut diamonds, approx. 0.86 ct, clarity VS. This includes a loose blue sapphire which was originally in the ring when purchased (rim damaged).
