Opgebouwd van een gourmetschakel, om en om bezet met een oud briljant geslepen diamant (elk ca. 0.10 ct.) en een ovale cabochon geslepen blauwe saffier (elk ca. 5 x 4 mm), waartussen een bedel: hartvormig medaillon bezet met saffier (chips) en roosgeslepen diamant, rond medaillon met stervormig applique bezet met oud briljant geslepen diamant en rood email, schildvormige bedel bezet met zaadparels (enkele missen), ronde bedel bezet met een zaadparel, bedel van amethist in de vorm van een hand (gebroken), waarin een stanhope kijkertje (afbeelding mist) en een ruitvormig medaillon bezet met een halve parel.

Constructed from a curb link, alternately set with an old brilliant cut diamond (each approx. 0.10 ct.) and an oval cabochon cut blue sapphire (each approx. 5 x 4 mm), between which a charm: heart-shaped locket set with sapphire (chips) and rose-cut diamond, round locket with star-shaped applique set with old brilliant cut diamond and red enamel, shield-shaped charm set with seed pearls (some missing), round charm set with a seed pearl, amethyst charm in the shape of a hand (broken), in which a stanhope (image missing) and a diamond-shaped locket set with a split pearl.
