New Ireland, Malagan horizontal sculpture, kobokobor,
the symmetrical design showing an owl head in the centre with turbo petholatus inlayed shell eyes in between openworked 'eye of fire' patterns, the finials shaped as fish heads, natural pigments, vegetal fibre. With an old collection number at the back and a restauration on one side.
