A late 19th century diamond and pearl brooch.
In the shape of a winged heart, set with old brillinat cut diamonds weighing approx. 2.50 ct. The oval pearl in the centre of possible natural origin (no lab report). The drop-shaped cultivated pearl dangling loosely at the bottom can be removed. In a box of Simons, The Hague
