Set with a shell cameo depicting a harvest scene with a lady and putti. In a gold bezel decorated with engraving, surrounded by a border set with split pearls and round faceted rubies, emeralds and blue sapphires. Maker's mark H. Homberg, Amsterdam 1966 -1996
