Composed of three strands of white cultured pearls decreasing in size from the centre (approx. ø 7,5 - 3 mm). On a silver clover shaped openwork clasp with matching dividers, set with brilliant cut diamonds and small rose-cut diamonds. Total diamond weight approx. 0.45 ct.
